Where to Find the Log Files of Foneazy Software

Foneazy technical support may ask you to send the product logs in order to troubleshoot issues when using Foneazy programs.

To get the logs on a Mac computer, follow these steps:

On macOS use the Finder 'Go > Go To Folder' menu and paste the path below.

  • To find the log files of MockGo: ~/Library/Application Support/MockGo/
  • To find the log files of TinyFix: ~/Library/Application Support/TinyFix/

To get the logs on a Windows computer, follow these steps:

Step 1. Navigate to the menu in the upper right corner of the software.

Step 2. Go to Support > Open log folder. The log files can be found there.

Normally, you can find the log files in the following path: C:\Users\[your account name]\AppData\Roaming\[product name]\logs
