Foneazy technical support may ask you to send the product logs in order to troubleshoot issues when using Foneazy programs.
To get the logs on a Mac computer, follow these steps:
On macOS use the Finder 'Go > Go To Folder' menu and paste the path below.
- To find the log files of MockGo: ~/Library/Application Support/MockGo/
- To find the log files of TinyFix: ~/Library/Application Support/TinyFix/
To get the logs on a Windows computer, follow these steps:
Step 1. Navigate to the menu in the upper right corner of the software.
Step 2. Go to Support > Open log folder. The log files can be found there.
Normally, you can find the log files in the following path: C:\Users\[your account name]\AppData\Roaming\[product name]\logs
